How Pre-orders Work

At Nono&Friends, some products may be available for Pre-order.

Pre-ordering allows customers to reserve certain items before they are in stock, thereby guaranteeing the possibility of acquiring highly sought-after products or new releases before they arrive at our warehouse.

What a Pre-order item means

When a product is identified as Pre-order, it means that:

The item is not yet available for immediate shipment.
The purchase functions as an early reservation of the product.
Shipping will be carried out as soon as the item arrives in our stock.

Estimated Shipping Date

Pre-order items have an estimated shipping date, based on information provided by our suppliers.

However, these dates are estimates and may change due to external factors, such as:

manufacturer production
logistical delays
international transport
supplier distribution

If significant changes occur to the estimated date, customers may be informed.

Orders with in-stock and pre-order items

If an order includes:

items available in stock
pre-order items

the order will be shipped only when all products are available.

If you wish to receive available items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

Possible date changes

In some cases, especially for limited editions, collectibles, or special releases, the estimated shipping date may change.

Nono&Friends does not directly control the production or distribution timelines of manufacturers, so delays beyond our control may occur.

Pre-order cancellation

If there is a significant delay in product supply, the customer may request the cancellation of the order and the respective refund of the amount paid.
